You are concerned about your loved one’s wellbeing. We are your eyes and ears. We keep you informed and updated after our visits. We are dedicated to ensuring peace of mind for our seniors and their families, whether the family lives far away or right nearby.

Our focus is on Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs). We help out with things like shopping for groceries or clothing, housework and decluttering, meal prep, paper taming and bill paying, going to appointments, helping with technology, and so much more. 


You may need a home health agency if you need help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) – like bathing, toileting, feeding, dressing or transferring. If you need more intensive support for ADLs, we are able to refer you to the most reliable resources in our area.

We know the community and the resources in our area. If we don’t already know exactly the right person, we will research and find what you need – whether it’s a home maintenance firm, the source for a gift you’ve been looking for or a new doctor.


A personal concierge is someone who manages your To-Do list efficiently. We run errands, follow up phone calls, organize your home. Your concierge creates an ongoing, personal relationship with you. Your concierge is your partner to provide professional, reliable, confidential and personalized services. As the concierge gets to know you, s/he can often anticipate your needs.

We serve older adults striving to maintain their independence, most often in their homes or in senior communities. We also serve their families – active people balancing obligations to work, family, travel and more. Whether local or living at a distance, we keep families informed. We also support family members with errand-running, vacant house checks and other services that enable them to have more quality family time. We work only with those who welcome our help and support.

Some people need us weekly, others monthly or seasonally. Our business model allows flexibility and is always customized to your needs.

We are an independent company with knowledge of local resources including health care needs, vendors, agencies, stores, LGBT support, religious connections, and so much more.

It starts with just a conversation, either by phone or in person. You tell us about your unique situation. We design a solution that resolves your greatest needs. When we share the plan with you, together we will tweak it to ensure that you get the support you truly need. We review our arrangements regularly and we are always open to adjusting to meet your requirements.

Absolutely, 100%. We do as much or as little as you choose. We understand how hard it can be to turn over responsibilities you’ve held to someone new. We aim to do it just the way you would do it yourself, just the way you like it. If you can communicate what you want and like, we will make it happen.

Congratulations! You’ve prioritized maintaining your lifestyle over doing it all on your own. We’re not taking over! We do only those things you want to relinquish. We honor your desire and ability to keep doing all the things you choose to. If, gradually, you wish to hand over more responsibilities to us, we will step right up.

We sign a confidentiality agreement so you can be confident that personal and/or proprietary information is kept entirely confidential. We understand that you need to feel trust in the person who sees your finances, folds your laundry, and straightens out your pantry. And we will never divulge that you are our client without your express permission.

Costs are based on each person’s tailored needs. Is it long term or short? Do you need a few hours for a project or ongoing assistance? Do you need us weekly or a few times a year? We have a plan for every budget, every style, every need!

Services are billed either as-needed or as a membership (retainer-style). You make the decision as to which you prefer. And you can change your mind along the way. You don’t worry about worker’s comp or taxes or insurance. We act as an independent contractor. If you think our services might be tax-deductible or covered by insurance, you should seek the advice of the appropriate professional for guidance.

Right now, we accept cash but prefer a check. We anticipate accepting credit cards in the future.

We cover lower Fairfield County, CT and central and northern Westchester County, NY. If you live at a distance but your loved one who needs care is here, we will make arrangements to suit all parties. If you need help out of the area, let us know.
